Ingredients
100g greek yoghurt
1 teaspoon ground flaxseed/chia seeds (optional)
150g frozen/ fresh strawberries
1 serving vanilla protein powder (whey or plant based)
1/2 cup (125ml) alond milk or fat free milk
20g oats
handful ice
Method
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve.
Alternative:
Swop out the protein powder for 80g fat free plain cottage cheese and increase the greek yoghurt to 160g
